This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributes to marketing initiatives, and helps maintain brand standards across all visual communications.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to: Design & Production
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Create graphics for marketing campaigns across print and digital channels.
  • Produce visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Format presentations and sales materials for internal and external use.
  • Work on a variety of projects from concept to completion with strong attention to detail.
Events & Trade Shows
  • Support trade shows and event materials, including signage, displays, and collateral.
Brand & Creative Standards
  • Follow established brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal and external branding guidelines.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with the Associate Art Director and cross-functional teams to understand design requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers for design-related collaborations.
Administrative & Support
  • Aid in the coordination of corporate-branded apparel, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint preferred).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to serve customers.
  • Ability and desire to support co-workers in a collaborative team environment.
  • Videography/Photography skills are preferred.
  • Ability to log marketing requests, routine reports, and correspondence.
  • Strong copywriting skills; ability to develop compelling messages for digital & print advertising.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience.
  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in an office but does have frequent interaction with the shop floor. On the shop floor, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
