Description
The Asset Management Analyst, IRE is responsible for providing broad analytical, reporting and administrative support to the IRE Asset Management team. This role will provide the Asset Management Analyst with exposure to various types of loan products to finance multifamily housing and credit analysis skills to assess the ongoing performance of the underlying assets that are necessary for a successful career in real estate finance.
Main responsibilities include the accurate onboarding of newly closed loans and spreading and review of quarterly property financial statements through Merchants Capital’s System of Record. The Asset Management Analyst is an individual contributor role with some client-facing communication responsibilities.
A successful Asset Management Analyst in IRE Asset Management will be able to multitask to meet competing deadlines, be able to apply critical thinking in their analysis of ongoing property performance, escalate potential credit issues and be able to adapt well to changes in processes, procedures and technology.
