Entry Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure in the state of practice required

Agrees to adhere to and oversee communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
