Job Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be the frontline technical individual responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex industrial machinery and equipment. Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by executing both preventative and reactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. You will work closely with the production team to identify potential issues before they cause failures and maintain a safe, high-performing workspace.

  • 3rd shift starting rate: $25/hour
  • $2.00 Shift Differential
  • Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per pay period based on perfect attendance
  • Bi-weekly

Essential Job Functions:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on production equipment using a CMMS
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions
  •  Equipment Repair: Disassemble machinery to replace defective parts, calibrate components, and restore full functionality

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Will train the right candidate with no experience

Knowledge & Skillset:

  • Troubleshooting skills in pneumatics and hydraulics
  • General knowledge of fire/security/spark detection systems and AS400 system
  • Ability to operate a variety of power tools
  • Critical thinking skills & attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication for shift handovers, and a proactive safety mindset
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision
