Employment Type: Full-Time on-site| Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed   Are you looking to join a team where your work truly matters? Marotta Controls is seeking a dedicated Custodian / Facilities Team Member to help maintain our facility's cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in keeping our workspaces clean and functional—from our offices to production areas, labs, and more.   What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and restrooms
• Restock supplies in restrooms, break areas, and photocopiers
• Safely use vacuums, mops, scrubbing and buffing machines
• Support the Facilities Team with projects like furniture moves, assembly, and seasonal tasks
• Help with outdoor maintenance, snow removal, and off-hour facility work
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for all

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of custodial/janitorial experience (manufacturing setting preferred)
• Valid driver’s license & US citizenship (required)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Familiarity with safety protocols and cleaning product instructions
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
