Job Description

Due to company growth we are adding another manager to our San Jose Supportive Living Services Team.

The Case Manager supports the Supportive Living Services for intellectually disabled clients living in San Diego County.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development - Experience working with the Regional Center staff is a PLUS++
  • Assist to deliver a culture of top level quality service delivery. 
  • You are also great at forming strong internal relationships.
  • You help support clients and validate they are treated fairly.
  • You help support effective employee relations.
  • You have experience maintaining a high level degree of confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities.

Requirements: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. Driving to other offices or counties may be required and must be able to respond to emergencies.
