Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday preferred

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

Location: Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital - Temple City, CA

Pay: state range $42 to $65 per hour

Qualifications:

Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
