Position Overview

We are currently expanding our client services team and are inviting applications for a Client Relations Travel Consultant position. In this role, you will work directly with individuals preparing for leisure trips by helping organize travel arrangements, reviewing planning preferences, and supporting a positive experience throughout their preparation timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating travel plans such as accommodations, flights, cruises, and excursions
• Review traveler interests to help identify suitable destination experiences
• Provide planning support that helps clients move forward with itinerary decisions
• Maintain regular communication with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
• Coordinate reservation confirmations with approved supplier partners
• Keep client itinerary information organized within internal systems
• Monitor current travel updates and seasonal opportunities
• Support clients across several stages of the trip preparation process

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in client relations and vacation planning support activities
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple planning timelines
• Comfortable working independently within a remote workspace
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based tools
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Asutralia or another approved hiring region
