Position Summary

Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls, and other related raw products in an oven or press frame.

Position Responsibilities

Load balls into molds; pressurize molds as required; place molds into oven, bake.

Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. Follow work schedule-oral and written.

Complete required maintenance reports and records.

Knowledge and Experience

Required One (1) year of related work experience.

Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Good communication skills.

Ability to operate machinery.

Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint, and other gauges.

Problem-solving skills.

Decision-making skills.

Preferred One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education and Certification:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation Range for the Position:

$16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
