Values residential real property for Ad Valorem taxation purposes using accepted appraisal standards set by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), the State of Tennessee Division of Property Assessment (DPA) and the Montgomery County Assessor of Property.  Performs other duties, as necessary, to achieve the highest level of cooperation and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of all departments within the Assessor’s office.
