ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a CCE Coordinator to join the International Coaching Federation - Continuing Education team. As the CCE Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program. In this role, you will use strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to manage application processes, support education providers and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent and efficient program operations that contribute to the overall effectiveness of ICF’s Continuing Coach Education offerings. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Process and maintain Continuing Coach Education (CCE) applications, renewals, and updates for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Process and maintain Chapter, Internal, and CPCCE applications and updates in accordance with established CCE policies and procedures.
  • Track application status and maintain accurate records of CCE providers, approvals, and renewals.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Global CCE Manager in managing CCE program operations.
  • Support the execution of established processes for CCE application review and approval
  • Receive and respond to CCE-related correspondence (calls, tickets, emails), including inquiries related to applications and program requirements.
  • Maintain and update systems used to manage CCE applications and provider information.
  • Assist with updates to the Education Search Service (ESS) and other related systems as needed.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and tracking of CCE program metrics and operational data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on communications related to CCE programs, including newsletters, announcements, and provider updates.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining CCE policies, procedures, and operational documentation
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and special projects related to Coaching Education.
  • Process manual payments related to CCE offerings as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Global CCE Manager.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
  • Professional experience in administration, program coordination, customer service, or operations preferred.
  • Experience working in nonprofit, association management, education programs, or credentialing environments is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to learn new systems and internal platforms quickly.
  • Bilingual or ability to speak more than one language fluently is considered a plus.
