Qualifications

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication and computer skills to join our team as an Event Specialist. This role requires someone who is a people person, willing to solve problems, and able to work Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

Job Description

  • Answer customer phone calls
  • Answer customer emails and web inquiries
  • Create quotes using internal booking platform
  • Decorate showroom
  • Keep showroom clean and fresh
  • Coordinate with Ops Manager regarding inventory requirements
  • Other tasks as required
  • Be friendly and outgoing
  • Must be a people person
  • Must be willing to help customers and coworkers solve problems
  • Must be able to work Mon-Fri from 9a-4p
  • Type at least 40wpm
  • Have proficient general computer skills
  • Must have professional and courteous communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Starting at $20/hr with room to move up
  • PTO
  • 9:00a - 4:00p Mon-Fri
