University Physicians' Association is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our UT Rheumatology team located on the UT Medical Center campus. What You'll Do:

You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers through responsibilities such as:

  • Assisting physicians with direct patient care
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Completing prior authorizations and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs
  • Communicating test results clearly and professionally
  • Performing phlebotomy
  • Supporting a variety of clinical and administrative duties

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with patients, families, and physicians—representing the practice with professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Active LPN license or MA Certification required
  • Previous medical or clinical experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
