We are seeking a dedicated Exercise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Candidates must possess a valid CNA certification and have at least one year of experience as a CNA. Experience with fitness instruction is preferred, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Exercise Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our growing team! 

Schedule: Full Time 8AM -4PM

Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents to meet rehabilitation goals through exercise modalities
  • Managing and teaching exercise activities to groups of residents
  • Interdepartmental communications within care team of both nursing and therapy
  • Documentation of resident exercise treatments
Qualifications
  • Must be a Certified Nursing assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment with Avalon
  • Must have one year experience working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA)
  • Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in service education
  • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English.
  • Recent education or clinical hours are required.
  • You need to be at least 18 years old. 
  • Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry
  • Experience with fitness instruction is preferred
