REPORTS TO: Maintenance II, Director of Properties
STARTING WAGE: $40,238 – $46,763 per year, adjusted for relevant education and experience.
FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES: Repair and paint building interiors and exteriors at assigned locations. Also perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of the properties. Implement responsibilities and other actions in accordance with ROI’s Core Values and Vision and Mission Statements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Repair and paint interiors and exteriors of buildings as assigned.
- Perform general maintenance duties as assigned to assist with the upkeep of the properties, including, but not limited to, preventative maintenance items.
- Bring all health and safety concerns to the immediate attention of supervisor and/or relevant Coordinator/Program Director.

- Implements all personnel practices as required.
- Display’s responsible, conscientious behavior and uses good judgment in decision making.
- Maintains worksite, equipment, and vehicles to ROI standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all restricted information, data and reports.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance II or III staff, the Director of Properties or the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma / GED equivalent. Painting knowledge/skills required; general maintenance knowledge/skills preferred.
REQUIREMENTS: Approved driver status as determined by ROI
