About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing civil litigation law firm specializing in consumer law, debt
defense, eviction and foreclosure defense, real estate, business, and uninsured
defense. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our team.
Please note, we are not a personal injury (plaintiff or defense) law firm. Our practice
requires precision, organization, and a proactive approach to managing cases.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years minimum of paralegal experience and a strong
understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP), particularly discovery
rules and deadlines. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and
capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
 Draft, review, and respond to discovery in compliance with TRCP deadlines
 Maintain and manage case files, including tracking critical deadlines
 Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and document management
 Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
 Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of case handling

Qualifications:
 1–3 years minimum of paralegal experience required
 Strong familiarity with TRCP discovery rules and deadlines
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
 Proactive mindset with the ability to independently manage a caseload
 Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
 Bilingual (preferred but not required) English/Spanish
