Physical Therapist

Location: Sarasota, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year DOE plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
Our private outpatient practice is hiring a Physical Therapist to support patients through recovery, mobility improvement, and strength building. The work is hands-on and practical: evaluating physical function, creating treatment plans, guiding therapy sessions, and helping patients reach measurable goals. This role is a strong fit for someone who values consistent hours, one-on-one attention, and a clinic environment focused on quality over volume.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and identify patient treatment needs
• Build individualized care plans based on diagnosis, function, and goals
• Provide direct treatment using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
• Measure outcomes and adjust plans based on patient progress
• Instruct patients on home exercise programs and recovery steps
• Keep documentation complete, accurate, and on time

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• New graduates with strong outpatient training may be considered

• CE Allowance of $1,200 per year
