What You’ll Master on the Volkswagen Journey

As an Automotive Lube Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our customers’ vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing minor maintenance, including engine oil and filter changes.
Completing full vehicle maintenance inspections covering tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
Providing clear and accurate maintenance and repair recommendations to the service advisor team.
Delivering high-quality service aligned with dealership and factory standards.

We’re looking for a team‑driven professional who brings enthusiasm, precision, and a dedication to customer care. The strongest candidates will offer:

A basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
Experience as an express or quick lube technician (preferred).
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
