Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various PVC dip molding and coating ovens. No experience necessary.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain ovens

- Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions

- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to supplied prints

- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

-Hanging and racking metal parts to prep for dip molding and/or coating

-Trim, inspect, un-rack, package, and palletize after the oven process

-Assemble parts as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
