Ultimate responsibility: Deliver personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.

Other primary responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
• Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
• Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
• Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
• Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work 6am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm, flexible availabiltly needed (weekends included)
