Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Participate in classroom training to deepen knowledge in specific professional skills as well as banking and fintech concepts.
Learn the core business activities of a commercial & consumer bank.
Complete projects within assigned track in a timely manner and collaborate effectively across teams within the Data-Analytics, Technology and Transformation organizations.
Work on transformational projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and security.
Develop data driven presentations.
Under Managements direction, learns to manage projects, completing specific assigned tasks.
Analyze, organize, and use data & insights to support decision making.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics/Data Science, or related field.
Academic or internship-based knowledge of databases, web services, cloud computing, security and project management.

Preferred Experience:

0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience supporting Transformation, Technology or Data organization.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with data analysis, visualization, or machine learning is a plus.
Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies such as Git, Agile, or Scrum.
