Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pay-per-visit model: $60–$65 per visit + Medicare differential pay

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

• • Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
  • Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapy license 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• CPR Certification
• Ability to supervise COTA’s
