Key Responsibilities

• Support daily club operations, member experience, and team performance. 
• Partner with the General Manager to learn all aspects of running a high-performing club. 
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on coaching of front-line staff and department teams. 
• Assist in driving sales, membership growth, and personal training performance. 
• Prepare to take on full General Manager responsibilities through structured development and training. 

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a fitness, retail, or service-based environment preferred. 
• Strong interest in growing into a General Manager role. 
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. 
• Results-driven with a focus on sales, service, and operations. 

Compensation Overview 

• Hourly base pay of $15 with opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on personal sales, including memberships, personal training, and retail products.
• Bi-weekly bonuses based on total units sold and individual performance.
• Monthly bonus opportunities tied to overall club performance.  
• Additional incentives are based on key metrics like membership growth, total revenue, ACH/EFT performance, net joins, personal training revenue, and operational excellence.
• Strong earning potential driven by both your personal results and the success of the club.

Requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred) 
• Interest in advancing into a General Manager role 
• Experience supporting sales goals or revenue targets 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
• Coachable with a desire to develop leadership capability 
• Ability to learn staffing, scheduling, and operational processes
