Position Summary
Family Services of the Merrimack Valley is seeking a full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager for its Young Empowered Parent (YEP) Program. YEP is a community-based program designed to meet the diverse needs of pregnant and parenting young adults up to age 24 and their children. The program aims to improve outcomes for young parents, mitigate the adverse effects of early childbearing, and support families in achieving independence, self-sufficiency, and healthy child development.
