This 16-week training plan will prepare participants for a position as: Crane Industrial Maintenance Technician. Training is provided through hands-on demonstration, on-the-job training, laboratory instruction, and classroom instruction. The program is designed to alternate between classroom/lab instruction and on the job training; giving participants the opportunity to gain new objectives and then incorporate them during their field training. The flexibility in scheduling will support the needs of the participant. Konecranes offers opportunities across the entire nation. Classroom/Lab Training is offered in Springfield, Ohio and/or New Berlin, Wisconsin. OJT will be provided in the selected location of the service member. Konecranes will be responsible for accommodations and travel arrangements related service member’s training.

Position can be in multiple locations across the US. Service member can express preference in locations during onboarding process. Classroom Training will be held in Springfield, OH and/or New, Berlin, WI for all participants.
