Qualifications
We are looking for a Patient Access Front Desk Associate to coordinate patient flow and address patient questions. Key requirements include a High School diploma (or equivalent), customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and computer applications is desired, and bilingual skills are a plus.
