Special Education Instructor | Oregon | Full-Time | School Setting

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with an Oregon school district to identify a committed Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based opportunity. This role is ideal for an educator who is driven to support diverse learners and foster an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.

In this role, you will provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students receiving special education services. You’ll help students build foundational skills, access grade-level curriculum, and achieve individualized goals through structured instruction and ongoing support.

This is a collaborative position where your expertise will contribute to a team-focused approach to student growth and success.

Position Overview: 

• Monitor, track, and report student progress toward established goals.
  
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff.
  
• Deliver differentiated instruction designed to meet individual student needs.
  
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  
• Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to support student achievement.
  
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain consistent communication with families.
  
• Support positive behavior interventions and maintain an effective classroom environment.
  

Requirements

• Prior school-based experience preferred.
  
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  
• Active Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field required
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
