Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timing needs, and planning priorities
• Help coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide timely updates regarding reservation progress 
• Assist with reviewing package and destination options using approved partner platforms
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging channels
• Maintain organized digital notes related to client planning activity
• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities
