Roots Community Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for The Cut Hypertension Program (CHP) in Sacramento. The Cut Hypertension Program (CHP) is an initiative started in 2010 borne out of evidence that African American barbershops/salons can be places of health prevention, community building, outreach, and treatment for African American men, a community affected by alarming health disparities in cardiovascular disease.
