The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits to improve their independence and functioning. They are also responsible for providing education to families and caregivers while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Qualifications
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide person-centered care to residents. A valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology and good standing with regulatory agencies are required. SNF/Long term care experience and knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System are preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
