Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required, and experience in an auto dealership or with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA/X-Time Scheduling systems is a plus. Multiple shifts are available, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

We are looking for a BDC / Customer Service Rep to join our team!  Multiple shifts available - day or evening hours.  Full-time or part time available!  Saturday hour availability would be a bonus. 

Pay starting at $18/hour includes hourly pay plus commissions.  Range based on hours worked and production bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for answering incoming phone calls for the service department and assisting customers with scheduling service appointments for Toyota and Ford stores.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule appointments - service reminders, service recall notifications, etc.
  • Manage digital communications with customers from our website and other marketing platforms. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST have great computer skills. You will be switching between multiple computer programs while on the phone with customers. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required.
  • Experience scheduling appointments or reservations or other customer service experience outside of the auto industry is also helpful.
  • Any previous experience working in an auto dealership is preferred.
  • Have experience working directly with customers and demonstrate an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS but not required.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds ERA system and/or X-Time Scheduling system are a HUGE plus but not required and training will be provided on these systems.  
  • MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
