Position Summary:
As the TikTok Brand Intern, you will be immersed in a 9-week high-impact summer program (June 1 – July 31, 2026) where you are assigned to a specific brand to own and elevate its social presence. You will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and viral storytelling by creating original content, managing community engagement, and ultimately pitching a comprehensive growth strategy to our CEO and President for the opportunity to join the team full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Script, film, and edit high-quality, native-feeling TikTok content that aligns with your assigned brand’s voice and aesthetic.
● Trend Analysis: Identify emerging sounds, hashtags, and subcultures before they go viral to keep our brands ahead of the cultural zeitgeist.
● Community Management: Maintain the brand's TikTok presence by engaging with followers and jumping on relevant trends in real-time.
● Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure social content supports broader brand campaigns and product launches.
● Capstone Presentation: Develop and present a final strategic project to the CEO and President at the end of the program.
Qualifications:
● Education: Current Rising Junior, Rising Senior, or recent College Graduate (Marketing, Digital Media, or Fashion focus preferred).
● Technical Skill: Expert-level knowledge of the TikTok platform, CapCut, and short-form vertical video editing.
● Portfolio Requirement: Submission of a resume and a required video explaining your specific TikTok strategy for a Perry Ellis International brand of your choice.
● Location: Must be able to work out of our Miami office for the duration of the 9-week program.
