BJs Wholesale Club, Summer Intern Program  

Join the Club as a Summer Intern and kickstart your career.   

Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure, and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.  

Program Summary 

• Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st  – August 14th  

• Site Visits 

• Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership  

• Skills Workshops  

• Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO 

• Final projects and presentations  

• Engagement events 
   

Real Estate Asset Management Intern 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of real estate asset data. 

• Support the preparation of financial reports and portfolio performance summaries. 

• Participate in asset reviews, lease analysis, and other real estate management activities. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing real estate initiatives. 

• Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned within the Asset Management function. 
   

Learning Objectives 

Through this internship, the student will: 

• Develop a foundational understanding of real estate asset management within a large retail organization. 

• Learn how to evaluate property performance and support data-driven decision-making. 

• Gain exposure to real-world real estate operations and portfolio management. 

• Build analytical and professional communication skills applicable to a corporate real estate environment. 

Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business software tools. 

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
