We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) to assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and ensure their safety and well-being. A Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid certificate is required, and experience working with the elderly, especially those with dementia, is preferred. This role involves physical activity, including lifting and supporting residents.

Job Overview - Full-Time; Part-Time; and Per-Diem available
Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly
Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
