We're looking for a nurturing Infant Teacher to create a warm and engaging classroom for our youngest learners. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with 6 months of experience in a licensed preschool or have completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units or an awarded CDA in Infant Toddler. A love for working with babies and strong communication skills are essential.

Job Description

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Merryhill Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
    • Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units.
    • an awarded CDA in Infant Toddler.
  • 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States
