Responsibilities 

• Help coordinate reservation components such as airfare, hotels, cruises, and excursions
• Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable trip options
• Share helpful destination insights to support planning decisions
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging systems, and phone when appropriate
• Confirm booking details with supplier partners and vendors
• Maintain accurate itinerary information within internal tracking systems
• Stay informed about seasonal offers, supplier updates, and travel opportunities
• Assist clients throughout various stages of their reservation timeline

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in supporting vacation coordination and client service activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple planning tasks efficiently and stay organized
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic familiarity with computers and online tools
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or other approved regions
