Job Description

Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our established pediatric therapy team in Clinton.

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and are committed to providing high-quality therapy services in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

Provide high-quality pediatric speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP

Assist with therapy activities and patient support during sessions

Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists and families

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care

Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program

Active North Carolina SLPA license, registration, or eligibility, as applicable

Passion for working with pediatric clients

Strong communication skills

Strong documentation skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
