The Member Representative must become knowledgeable of all credit union products and services to best deliver exceptional service during all internal and external interactions. As a Member Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals while generating positive rapport with members, employees, and all individuals within our community. You will identify member needs, drive results, and contribute to the overall success of the branch, with a commitment to serving our communities.
