So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

·   Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs. 

·   Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service.

·   Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

·   Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer.

The Qualifiers:

·   Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.

·   Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

·   Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required
