A Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in early childhood development.

Purpose: 

Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and supervise children during all activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
  • Assist and participate in developing classroom activities.
  • Implement appropriate behavior management techniques.

Requirements:

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields
  • Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood development.
  • Ability to carry 20-35 lbs.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $17.
