Qualifications
We're looking for a passionate Assistant Teacher to supervise children during activities and help individualize classroom instruction. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience working with young children is a must. Having a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus, but we are willing to help you obtain one!

Purpose:
Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise children during all activities.
- Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
- Assist and participate in developing classroom activities.
- Implement appropriate behavior management techniques.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with young children.
- Child Development Associate or equivalent preferred; or willingness to obtain CDA
- 18 years or older.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $15.
