The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for clients’ rights. This role requires someone who is adaptable, eager to learn new areas of law, and receptive to feedback from attorneys and support staff.
Position Details
Our firm focuses on family-based immigration and has a strong practice in filing writs of mandamus to help clients move their cases forward with USCIS. As a paralegal, you will work directly with clients on a variety of matters, including I-130s, I-485s, I-360 VAWA and SIJ petitions, asylum applications, special adjustment categories, and more.
