The Job
We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth and adults in our residential group homes.
Snapshot of Daily Duties
- Obtain referral packets from placing agencies.
- Create and maintain referral list
- Review referral packets and gather relevant information.
- Schedule and invite placing agency representatives and guardians to interview.
- Orientate the client with SCOA expectations.
The Must Haves
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Over the age of 21
- Maturity, empathy and patience

- The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
