around the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed.

The Job
We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of adults in our communities. To provide leadership for multiple treatment teams in facilitating a successful return of adults to their home, independent living, and/or community; to advocate for our adults, families and maintain excellent relationships with outside agencies including courts, referring organizations, schools, and community resources.

Snapshot of Daily Duties

  1. Follow up with Admissions Coordinator to ensure consent forms are signed and update signatures to maintain compliance.
  1. Orientate the clients to SCOA expectations and complete intake packet.
  2. Act as a liaison for SCOA and outside agencies including schools and community.
  3. Update client info in database on intake and throughout client’s stay at SCOA.
  4. Keep accurate documentation of Agency/Family interactions and maintain in chart and in database. (Including satisfaction surveys)

The Must Haves

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Over the age of 21
  • Maturity, empathy and patience
  • Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols

Torii Behavioral Health specializes in adolescent psychiatric care. We have a 20 bed acute hospital for teens age 12-17. Our inter-disciplinary team of adolescent clinical and independent licensed social workers, therapists, psychiatric nurses, Each child receives an individualized personal treatment plan specifically tailored for him/her. Torii Behavioral Health is licensed by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services, accredited by The Joint Commission, a member of OHA Ohio Hospital Association, OACCA-Ohio Association of Child Caring Agencies, and BBB of Central Ohio.
