Forest Ridge is a Residential Treatment Facility located just outside of Estherville, Iowa. We are looking for people who care about helping high-risk kids make real changes in their lives. Our students are young women, 13 to 18 years old, and are working through issues such as aggression, mental illness, substance abuse, sexual exploitation, and what life could look like outside if gang involvement. Each student who successfully completes their treatment program has the opportunity to positively affect their family, peer group and community. The Group Living Director’s typical schedule is Monday through Fridays, evenings and weekends as needed.
Our minimum job requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, one year related work experience, graduate of an accredited 4-year college or university with RTSS qualifying degree, or combination of education and work related experience to meet RTSS standards.
