This internship is exclusively for Baker County High School students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a business environment. Key qualifications include being a current high school student with a minimum 2.5 GPA, no disciplinary issues, and familiarity with basic computer hardware and software.

Program Background
Florida Blue established the Partners in Education for Business Success (PEBS) program in 1991 to offer junior and senior business-track high school students hands-on experience in a real business environment and increase their knowledge of health care. Through this program, Florida Blue seeks to develop highly skilled workers who can continue their involvement with Florida Blue after graduation.
