Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide telehealth services for clients throughout Indiana. This role centers on direct counseling care, including assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic support, and documentation. It is a strong fit for someone who wants a steady full-time schedule and the opportunity to help clients through accessible virtual care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a remote setting
• Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
• Establish treatment goals and provide ongoing counseling support
• Use evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health concerns
• Document all services, progress notes, and treatment updates on time
• Monitor client needs and escalate urgent concerns when appropriate

• Active LMHC license in Indiana
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience
• Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms
