What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key driver of our growth:

  • Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to business decision-makers
  • Navigate gatekeepers and engage owners and executives
  • Identify operational and financial pain points
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Track daily activity and performance metrics
  • Continuously refine your messaging and execution

This role is built on consistent activity, growth and accountability.

Top performers in this role:

  • Consistently complete 80-100+ calls per day
  • Book 4-5+ qualified meetings per week
  • Maintain strong conversion rates
  • Earn advancement within 6–12 months. Have a path to be a fintech Account Executive within 12-24 months.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $42,000 Base Salary
  • $75,000–$90,000+ OTE
  • Commission + performance bonuses

 Compensation is directly tied to performance.
