Stress Care of New Jersey, LLC is a Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Center licensed by the State of NJ and accredited by The Joint Commission. At Stress Care, we provide a full range of Outpatient Services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Traditional Therapy, Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Care. We work with adults and adolescents and our integrated treatment team consists of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, Peer Professionals, and other allied team members

We are currently seeking a Full Time Licensed Social Worker (LSW) / Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)  to join a diverse practice and work with an experienced multidisciplinary team..

ANNUAL SALARY: Starting at $55,000

Qualifications and Skills

• NJ Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
• Preferred experience should include group work and work with adolescents and adults

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
• Provide group therapy and individual therapy.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical group therapy to clients as scheduled.
• Provide services and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the professional Code of Ethics.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including treatment plans, initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Complete clinical documentation within same day of service
