Summary
We are currently welcoming applications for a Customer Relations Specialist opportunity within our growing remote support team. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to gather trip preferences, priorities, and planning timelines
- Support coordination of reservations including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide timely updates regarding planning progress and confirmation steps
- Assist with reviewing available travel options through approved partner systems
- Respond to client inquiries using email, phone, and secure digital communication tools
- Maintain accurate coordination notes and service documentation
- Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
